Missing or Damaged Items Notification Policy
When you receive your package, we suggest that you immediately open the package and ensure that all items are contained within the package and are in working order. If an item is missing or damaged, you are required to contact our Customer Service Department within 72 hours to report the missing or damaged item. You can contact the Customer Service Department via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 1-760-981-1020. Our hours of operation are: Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-4:30pm (PST) and Friday, 8:30am-12:00pm. We are not responsible for missing or damaged items if we have not been notified within the required time-frame.

If for any reason you wish to return all or part of your order, you can return your items for a refund. Items must be returned to us in the original packaging and in unused condition. No variation from these conditions is permitted.
Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. When returning your items, please make sure you enclose a copy of your sales order or the following information:
- Name, Address, and Telephone number
- Order number
- List of items returned
- Reason for returning
Custom Netting Returns: Contact email@example.com via e-mail prior to returning products. NO EXCEPTIONS. All items must be returned in new or unused condition and include the original packaging materials included with shipment. All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
We recommend that you use certified or traceable mail. Please contact your post office or parcel carrier for advice. We do not offer returns on sales outside the United States. Gift wrapping is a non-refundable service. Please mail items to:

Orders are shipped within 48 hours of being placed. Although we place a high priority on getting your order shipped as soon as possible, please note we make no guarantees as large orders, seasonal peaks, severe weather conditions or other circumstances may sometimes delay shipping.
We primarily ship via UPS and USPS, but other methods of shipping may be used at our discretion. Therefore, please provide a physical address that all major carriers can deliver to, and be sure that your ship-to address is accurate. All carriers will charge a re-routing fee if a package is re-routed due to an incorrect or incomplete address. We reserve the right to pass this re-routing fee on to you when this situation occurs. You will be notified by e-mail in such a case. If for any reason your package needs redirecting, you will be charged for that added service.
You have the choice of the shipping methods below. Please select the one that best suits your needs. Please note that Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not considered delivery days.
- FedEx GROUND: Delivery in 5 business days (most areas) not counting the day it is shipped.
- FedEx NEXT DAY AIR: Next business day by 3:00 P.M.
- FedEx 2nd DAY AIR: Second business day (by end day), not counting the day shipped.
- FedEx Express Saver: Third business day (by end of day), not counting the day shipped.
- FedEx International: 3-5 Business Days (Import Duties and Taxes are not Included)
- USPS Priority Mail International: Delivery in 10-20 business days, NOT GUARANTEED (most areas) not counting the day it is shipped.
- USPS Priority Mail International: Delivery in 6-10 business days (most areas) not counting the day it is shipped.
- USPS Express Mail International: Delivery in 3-5 business days (most areas) not counting the day it is shipped.
- Import Duties and Fees are not Included.
- *Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to offer delivery to APO/FPO addresses.
NOTE: Due to an increase in the relationship between credit card fraud and P.O. Box addresses, we will no longer be able to ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a valid business or residential address at checkout. Shipping rates vary by item. You will be given the choice and cost of all shipping methods during checkout. All shipping charges are based on the destination of your package as well as shipping weight and dimensions. Shipping weight is determined by the estimated weight of all item(s) plus the necessary packing materials and the shipping box.
International Shipping: We are happy to ship your order internationally. However, certain restrictions do apply.
Camonettingstore.com does not verify each ship-to address individually prior to shipment. Therefore, if your address requires any additional country specific information for your package to arrive in a timely manner, please make sure you have provided it. You can do this either by emailing us or by adding a note to your PayPal checkout. You can also call us at 1-760-981-1020. Once your shipment leaves the United States, we have no control over the package and you will have to deal with the carrier directly to resolve any issues related to your shipment.
Camonettingstore.com is not responsible for any delays caused by, or packages held by, customs. Many countries have laws that restrict the entry of certain goods. Because the laws of each country are constantly changing, we cannot be held responsible should your item be seized or rejected by customs. We will not refund the cost of shipping or the cost of goods. If your package is returned to us, we will issue you a refund for the goods only. Should you desire to have the package shipped again, or to an alternate address, you will have to pay for shipping again. Customers accept full responsibility for determining if the products you are ordering violate your country's laws.
We strongly suggest you check with your local customs agency prior to placing your order.
You will be supplied your tracking number or delivery confirmation number so you have constant access to your package information.

Camonettingstore.com is bound to the rules and regulations of each carrier. Once the carrier receives the package, we have no control over the actual delivery time it may take to be delivered. We declare that once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier, liability of the package no longer lies with Camonettingstore.com. We are therefore not liable for lost or stolen merchandise. Camonettingstore.com will not refund or reship any package that has been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, even if recipient claims non-receipt. It is possible that the package was left with neighbors, behind a bush, in the garage, between the doors, etc. We suggest that the recipient contact the delivering carrier to verify where parcel was placed. Camonettingstore.com has no control over a carrier’s decision if your location is considered “safe” to leave a package. If this happens, the carrier will leave a notice notifying you that an attempt was made for delivery. You must follow the carrier’s directions on the notice for delivery of your package. If any package is returned to Camonettingstore.com for any reason, no refund for shipping charges will be issued.

In special cases, we may also accept Postal Money Orders or checks made payable to Camonettingstore.com.Inc. Please place your order over the phone to see if you qualify. These orders will require special handling and an increased delivery time while we wait for your payment to clear.

It is our policy that personal information (such as your name, postal and email address, and telephone number) is private and confidential. Accordingly, the personal information you supply to us is stored in a secure location, accessible only by designated staff, and is used only for the purposes for which you provide the information (such as to respond to a request or to process your order). Non-release of information:
Personal information will not be released to any third parties except for the purpose for which you provide the information (such as confirming an address for credit card processing or order fulfillment). We do not provide or sell information to third parties for any other reason.
While our website does track statistics about visits to our website such as daily number of visitors, most popular pages, and referrals to our website, the statistics contain no personal information, and are used strictly internally to provide you with better service.
